Effective 2 September 2026
Terms of use
These terms govern access to Laura & David's Whitstable Wedding. They cover wedding information, RSVP submissions and admin access.
Operator and acceptance
The service is operated by DRJS Software & Consulting Ltd. By using the service, and by submitting an RSVP or using an admin account, you agree to the version shown on this page.
Current operator and contact details are maintained on the company information page.
Permitted use
You may use the service to view wedding information and submit RSVP details. You must not bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, upload malware, infringe another person's rights, scrape at a harmful rate, or use the service to create or support unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.
Do not enter special-category, regulated or confidential information unless the operator has expressly confirmed that the service is suitable for it.
Your content
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You give the operator a limited permission to host, process, copy and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and all necessary permissions for information you submit.
Intellectual property
The application, imagery, branding, documentation and site content are owned by or licensed to the operator. No source-code or commercial reuse rights are granted by these website terms. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
Availability, suspension and changes
The operator may maintain, change, suspend or withdraw site features and may suspend access reasonably believed to be insecure, unlawful or abusive. No service level, backup or retention commitment applies unless it appears in a separate written agreement.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, the operator is not responsible for loss caused by relying on unconfirmed wedding, travel or accommodation information, use contrary to these terms, an external service, or events outside reasonable control. Statutory consumer rights are not restricted.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory law that applies to a consumer. The effective date identifies the current version. Use the company information page for questions.
